Returns policy

We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order arrives.

What’s Eligible?

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to start a return

Just email us at info@racemasters.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the steps. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back – returns sent without approval can’t be accepted.

Returns postage is payable by the buyer – unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault, in which case we will refund the return postage.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something’s wrong (defective, damaged, or not what you ordered), please let us know right away so we can sort it quickly and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll send you a confirmation and your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This usually happens within 10 business days, but your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the funds.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, give us a shout at info@racemasters.co.uk and we’ll chase it up.
